I only need to hear the word Imagination
and I immediately begin to fulfill its definition (according to Webster.com) in
my mind: the act or power of forming a mental image of something not present
to the senses or never before wholly perceived in reality. Imagination
is often associated with children and their natural tendency to combine the real
with the imagined.
How many times were you told as a child to use your imagination
to solve a problem, overcome boredom, or make do with what you had? And it always
seemed to work. Sometimes I think it might be a good idea to put that direction
to use as adults. We all have an imagination
and most of what we do begins when we imagine
it; or form in our mind the image of what we want to create. We try to do
our part here at Lettering
Delights, to provide you with products that will help | |
your imaginative ideas become a reality. Every month we have great examples
of your imagination
at work with the Alphabet
and Inspiration Station contests. Then we keep our artists busy using their
imagination
to create new designs of their own, or designs based on customer suggestions.
(And there are more great examples of all of these efforts in this newsletter.) Together,
the possibilities are endless!
