With the Memorial Day weekend behind us, we now have a whole summer of celebrations and events to look forward to. Not only the ones on the calendar, but also the ones specific to our own communities and families. One of the biggest events for many is the wedding of family, friends or loved ones and June is a very popular wedding month.

In celebration of weddings, we are having a special contest at LetteringDelights.com and you could be the winner of a custom made alphabet. We just need to know what your wedding colors were (or will be) and one lucky winner will receive a custom-designed wedding alphabet and font to use in their album (we’ll even name them after you too!). Simply send an email to fontrivia@letteringdelights.com with ‘wedding’ on the subject line and include in the e-mail your name, phone number and wedding colors. All entries must be received no later than June 15, 2005. One winner will be selected in a random drawing and will be notified by phone or email.

The winning alphabet and font will be announced in the June 20th Creative Corner.

In the meantime, we have a beautiful new wedding bundle available this month, so you have plenty of resources to work with on those wedding albums. We’ve also added more products honoring our servicemen and women. And, everyone can use the information in this month’s Personal Trainer; by simplifying the font installation process, we have made Lettering Delights products even easier to use.

Congratulations to Julie Ayala for creating this month’s winning alphabet, Chalk Talk. Stephanie Eldridge created and submitted Lil’ Partner, this month’s second place winner. Finalists in the alphabet contest include Rose Garland, created by Kayla Kerr, Wonderful Wings by Audrey Clare, Retro Squares by LaDonna Wilkins and Topiary by Rosie Vaughn.

While June is traditionally thought of as the most popular wedding month, it is actually the second most popular. Locate the downloaded file and double click (at this point, installation will take place automatically)
