is completed. There is still some cooking to do but the

| The Creative
Delights Companion makes it easy
to use alphabets and Journaling Delight images in other software
programs. I added some fun holiday touches to my Christmas
letter (using Microsoft Word) in just a few minutes. |
- Open the Creative Delights Companion and
select an alphabet design. Type the text of your ‘title’ and
place it on the Layout page. Continue to type text or
select images from Journaling Delights, placing each
element on the Layout page. In order to fit several images
on one Layout page, size them down. They don’t
have to be the exact size you need because you’ll
have a chance to resize them when they are placed in
the other software.
- Once all of the images you want
to use are on the layout page, select each image individually
and save it as a .png image. If you plan to use more
images than can fit onto one Layout page, just repeat
the steps until each image is saved.
- Open the program
you will be inserting the images in and following the
appropriate steps for your program, insert each image individually,
placing and sizing according to your personal preferences.
I had a lot to say and wanted to keep my letter to a
half-sheet so only used a few images in fairly small sizes.
Let your imagination run wild and if space allows, create
borders, frames and more!

Whimsy. The ‘Merry
Christmas’ title was created with the Kindergarten
Kristmas alphabet (mixing capital and lower-case letters
for a combination of decorated and plain letters) and used
three additional clip art images from the Kindergarten
Kristmas Journaling Delight.
