| We all
have little obsessions when it comes to things in our home
and one of mine is coasters. Beverages are fine in the
family room but they have to be on a coaster. This month
for creative corner I've made seasonal coasters, perfect
for winter and they were so easy!
Clear glass coaster for photos and decorating are available
at your local craft or scrapbook store (I used a coaster
set from Making Memories). Each coaster holds a 3” square
and what you do with that 3” is up to you! Slip in
a photo to remember loved ones, print up a favorite quote
or saying, or use one that it already formatted from a
Lettering Delights Quote Sheet or check out the new DB
Roman Philosophy for a great quote that can be yours with
a simple keystroke.

I used DoodleBats with
a winter theme to create four different snowflakes, each
printed on a different blue plain or patterned paper. I
used DB
Circles - 'Tis
the Season and DB
Snowflakes with each character in
about 160 point type in my word processing software.
Next month I could switch them out for red hearts and
then green clovers in March. Have fun and keep those wood
tables in perfect condition at the same time! |
