Lettering Delights - License Agreement

By downloading LetteringDelights.com fonts, alphabets or Journaling Delights, you are agreeing that the fonts, alphabets or Journaling Delights are the property of the respective owners and licensed to you as a single user. You have the right:

To install and use the TrueType fonts, alphabets or Journaling Delights on a single computer.

To copy and modify the TrueType fonts, alphabets or Journaling Delights for your own PERSONAL use.

You do NOT have the right:

To share, loan, rent, resell, or distribute the TrueType fonts, alphabets or Journaling Delights.

To use the TrueType fonts, alphabets or Journaling Delights on more than one computer at a time.

To make copies of the TrueType fonts, alphabets or Journaling Delights other than for back-up purposes.

To copy by electronic means, reproduce, modify, or create derivative works from the TrueType fonts, alphabets or Journaling Delights for the purpose of resale or distribution.

We will consider requests to purchase a commercial license for Lettering Delights fonts. Send requests to support@letteringdelights.com or fax to 801.235.9395.

LIMITED WARRANTY

Inspire Graphics warrants that your TrueType fonts, alphabets or Journaling Delights shall be free from defects for 30 days from the time the fonts, alphabets or Journaling Delights are sent to you. If you detect a problem within 30 days, please contact us by fax: 801-235-9395, e-mail: support@LetteringDelights.com or through our web page. If you have any copyright questions, please contact the owner of the respective font.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Inspire Graphics sole responsibility to you shall be to abide by the limited warranty as stated above. Under no circumstances, including negligence, shall Inspire Graphics be responsible for any damages or loss that result from the use of, or inability to use the TrueType fonts, alphabets or Journaling Delights. If any legal action arises out of copyright infringement, Inspire Graphics shall be indemnified and held harmless of any and all costs or damages that you or Inspire Graphics incurs.
